Sage100 French version

I am looking to integrate my application with the Sage100 French version and have some questions in this regard:

would Standard package set up suffice, or is there a need to use some patch for the French version?
I did find some documentation in French, the field names are in French, but I wonder is there any documentation for those in English?

If you are talking about the Sage 100 system sold in Europe / France, that is a completely separate and unrelated software package to the North American version of Sage 100 (which this forum relates to...).
