The site did have an outage this weekend and is accessible now.  I see that your email is tied to partner accounts ending #400xxxxx805 (with no KB / portal login for you) and to #400xxxxx003 with the login: B Shockley. 

If you were logging in to access downloads with your email as the login, please reach out to the team at [email protected] to advise on which account this login should be linked to. Seems that login was removed from an account, possibly due to someone cleaning up duplicate contacts. Also let them know which download you need.
