Ok, new to supporting Sage, so not that familiar with much; was just a user for 12 years.
The ticket originally came in with this Crystal error when they tried to print a picking sheet. Fumbled through some web searches, and ended up finding the dll on the terminal server, and put it on the user's workstation. Now she can print, however where the barcodes should be, it is just letters and numbers.
Nothing had changed on the workstation or anything else on the backend that I know of recently. So, should I have put that dll on her machine, and how do I fix the weird barcode printing now?
