If you have suppression logic based on extended description key, the way that is done changed recently (v2016?).

Any possibility that the form is customized and has a link to another data table that is not making a match?  For example the work table is table A and has a link to table B but there is not a match in table B.  This would cause the line to be suppressed.  You want to make sure that the link is marked as a left outer join.

You don't say which version you were converting FROM.  It's possible that the link may no longer be valid.  This is similar to what Kevin M is mentioning.

Also try creating a new form from the default templates and see if it works.

Thanks guys.  Started from scratch from default form and is good now.  Was coming from 2016.
