M9-SO-1099 'On Demand' Sales Order Fill Report

Greetings,

We are running an older release of Sage 100 (4.50.40) and we have a third party extended solution called M9-SO-1099 'On Demand' Sales Order Fill Report which was provided by Blytheco.

I cannot find any information on the exact logic of this add-on. You can select the fillable amount prior to running the report, however if one sets the value to 0 shouldn't it show all open sales orders?

When we do this, however it does not operate this way. Can someone who is more knowledgeable about this explain how the orders are selected?

At one time I believe this enhancement was sold by Sage directly. They subsequently decided to exit the customizations business and allowed their developers to take over the enhancements. In some cases, you may find multiple developers offering what seems to be a similar or the same enhancement.

It looks as if DSD Business Systems also offers this enhancement. While I can't say it's the exact same (since each developer could modify it further) - there is a manual for the DSD version which may assist in understanding the logic - www.dsdinc.com/.../S099600.pdf
