Crystal 2011 Export Error to tab-separated text file

Crystal Reports 2011 Export Error - Sage 100 Advanced V2016 PU5.  Running custom Indented Bill of Material Report with subreports, and then exporting to tab-separated text (.ttx) file.  This works fine on Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 workstations.  New Windows 10 workstations can preview the report just fine, but when clicking the Export to tab-separated text (.ttx) file and choosing file directory and name, the export appears to start with the status bar moving.  But eventually these workstations get a pop-up error message "The System cannot find the path specified", which then cascades to "Your computer is low on memory", which then cascades to a black screen, requiring a reboot.  The Windows 10 workstations can successfully export the report to Excel, but not to .ttx or .csv.  Our preference is to go directly to a .ttx file, without having to first create an Excel file, which then has to be opened to save the data in a tab-delimited file format.  Any suggestions on how to resolve?
