We recently upgraded our Sage 100 ERP software to the SQL based version, Sage 100 2017-C.  We also upgraded to the cloud and using Citrix through Microsoft Azure.  We went Live about 2 months ago and printing has been a continuous issue.

For example, directly printing a sales order or trying to get a print preview and then saving as a PDF takes a long time.  In most cases, it takes users approximately 60 seconds to get a 1-2 page sales order as a print preview.  Previous to Citrix, it would take 2-3 seconds.

Any advice/support would be greatly appreciated!!!
