i got this error when i was trying to import from sage to excel

"index was outside the bounds array"

any help?

Hi, this can occur exporting from Sage to an invalid XLS format. Please provide the version of Sage 100 you're using or utilize MS Query in Excel to retrieve the data from Sage 100 via ODBC.

the sage version is "sage 100 standard ERP 2015"

it was working before for another user on the same PC
