Crystal reports,  explorer or something else?

I have not looked but often times explorer doesn't has as many options as crystal for linking.

Good thinking Tom, but I'm looking for a way to store custom UDF data from PO Material Req transactions in the Item transaction history for later reporting. I can link it from PO receipts, returns, item issue transactions, but not PO material req issue transactions.

Ahh custom office linking!

In 2015, it looks to be a multistep process.  But I'm getting stuck too.

If you reverse engineer and start with a UDF in IM_ItemTrasnactionHistory you can  select the business object PO_MaterialReqIssueRegister_upd which I assume would get you the pass through you need.

However,  I don't see the posting file which file that needs the intermediate UDF to pull from the data entry file.

So with forward engineering I would expect:

1.   PO Material Requisition Detail    ->  

2.   Unknown file "PO MaterialReqIssueRegister Posting?????"  ->

3.  IM_ItemTransactionHistory

Seems logical that #2 would be IM_TransactionPosting,  but there doesn't seem to be a link back from IM_ItemTransactionHistory. to anything that makes sense.

Interestingly enough it looks like file #2 is PO Summary Drill Down Work,  but I don't see anything that links.   I'm suspecting this may have gotten overlooked in the custom office design?
