global user bulletin board

Hello,

I'm not sure if this question is in the correct sub forum, but we're running sage 100 2017, and I am wondering if there is a way that we can create a type of bulletin board for all global users.

We have these notes that all users need to know that we have to make sure we all keep handy on our desks, then when you leave to work from home, you may not have that with you anymore. We were thinking that it would be nice to have something that we could all add to and it would be globally accessible. Or even something like a memo note but not module specific. Something from the launcher level. 

I'm not sure if i'm being super clear so please ask any questions that can clarify
