You may have to re-add the payroll reports using Report Manager.  I've had to do that a few times with payroll reports.

What was the old version of Sage 100?  if the version was pre-2018 version and using legacy payroll (upgraded to Business Frameworks in PR 2.x versions starting with Sage 100 2018) then the payroll tables have been redesigned (and renamed) and there is also the PII (Personally Identifiable Information) encryption in 2018 and later with Payroll 2.x.  if they were on version 2017, for example, the 2021 upgrade guide indicates in the steps to upgrade from Sage 100 2017 to 2021: "For the Job Cost and Payroll modules, the Crystal Reports Conversion Wizard might partially convert your customized forms and reports. Test all of your customized forms and reports, and use Crystal Reports Designer to manually update or recreate them as needed."
