Journal entry uploads

Hi,

My company is currently importing journal entries to the General Journal Entry module by uploading a csv file through the General Ledger Exchange. I was wondering if there's a way to customize the settings so that Sage is the one assigning the journal entry numbers as currently we're keeping a list of JE#'s and it's a bit cumbersome. I'm just trying to help streamline processes and eliminating this assignment from the user side of things would greatly help.

If there's an alternative process, as I've seen people use the Visual Integrator, is there a better tutorial than what's out there on youtube as what I've found has been choppy.
