Yes, you should be able to add it to the panel. You would go to Custom Office, Main, Customizer Selection and find the panel and add the UDF to it

I'm not trying to add a UDF, i want to add a system field.  "Routing Number".  Is that possible?

For new Framework modules there is a Show All button to add non-UDF fields to panels, but I do not believe that is possible with WO (old framework).
