We have one user for whom every time they go to print any form, the Template Selection dialog pops up so she has to select 'Preprinted,' 'Plain,' 'Marbled,' &c., before proceeding to the main form printing screen.  This has only been happening since our upgrade to 2019, and I'm not aware of it happening to any other users (yet) with all forms, though it does happen to me consistently with just Invoice History Printing.  Both she and I have Sysadmin privileges, for what it's worth.  Any help would be appreciated!
