We are getting this error message on 4 machines (same company) running financials in Sage Intelligence.

Error Number: [462]

Description: [The remote server machine does not exist or is unavailable]

The server is running Excel in a new version of Office 365 (16.0.14430.20256) 64-bit. The 3 remote servers are running Excel 2016 (16.0.4266.1001) 64-bit.

The error began when the server was running Excel 2016 and the hopes were O365 would resolve it.

Sage support has looked at it 3 times and has been unable to resolve.

several uninstalls and re-installs have been done to no avail.

The error appears running standard out of the box Financial Report Designer as well as custom reports using the designer.

And does not appear if BI Generator is deactivated.
