Can you combine data from multiple companies using formulas like GLActual?

Is there a way to combine data from multiple companies using formulas like GLActual ? Currently, I have 4 companies, and I have the individual account data being sorted on a second excel page to combine their data in Total column. I've tried using a formula to combine them with no success. Is there a way to use formula GLActual or GLActualYTD to combine companies?

I tried manipulating the line GLLink within the function argument (fx). Or perhaps "Company" can somehow combine them?

You need the Connector Module and then you can use the Consolidation Report Designer to create consolidated reports.

Thanks, suzmwatson. I have the Connector Module. I am using a Consolidation Report Designer as the basis for my report. I do not know how to connect the companies within the consolidated report designer. How is this accomplished?

Have you selected all of the companies on each of the Consol Report Designer Add-Ins? If so, you don't need to pick a company because all of them will be included. If not, go back and select all of them.

There are several YouTube videos on consolidation. Perhaps one of them would help you.
