Using Production Management->Setup->Work Ticket Template Maintenance and creating a new object:

1) Input unique NEW template number that does not exist in the system

2)  choose COPY (from Open Work Ticket) from the Message Box

3) Select existing Open Work Ticket to copy from

3) ALL materials on the selected open WT from steps 0,1,2, etc are copied to EACH of the steps in the WTT (instead of 0->0, 1->1, 2->2). 

This results in user having to modify each step materials and delete the incorrectly copied materials that were copied from another step. 

Using Sage 100c 2021.2 and looking for the white paper on correcting this issue but have not been able to find any links similar to this.
