Use shipping data entry, which allows for entry of multiple packages, with items / quantities assigned to each.  What you seek might be in the Additional Packing List (a checkbox in Shipping Setup Options).

It is more work to do the data entry, but is a stock Sage feature.

During Shipping Data Entry when shipping a line you "pack" boxes and when finished you can print out the Additional Packing List and my esteemed colleague Kevin has shown you. Look in the Help files for more information.
