I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

We have a W/O with 1 Qty Ordered and 0- Qty Complete:

We went to enter the Completion Transaction and received the following message

We had something similar a couple weeks ago. A Sage rep walked us through using DFDM to fix the problem. I don't remember the exact steps, or which field # it was that we changed though. A quick call should get you fixed.
