Sage 100c eInvoicing - Messaging Help

I would really like to start using the eInvoicing feature in Sage 100c.  I have it all set up within Sage (the eInvoicing check box is available in Customer Maintenance and I've sent a few test invoices using the feature).  But, I find the email that is sent with the invoice attachment and the Pay Now button to feel like it is junk mail or spam.

Has anyone had any success with these emails and features?

Is there a way to change the wording of the email?  I also notice that the date is not in the standard American format, making it look even more suspicious and ike a phishing email.  I like the screen once the Pay Now button is clicked - but I have to think people would be hesitent to even click it.

I've sent multiple notes to the Paya support without any success.

Would love to hear from anyone that is using this feature.
