I am trying to make a change to all of our customers and have found the instructions on Sage Knowledge. However, I can't get past the first step because I can't find Utilities Menu under Accounts Receivable.

Contact whoever controls permissions for your Sage 100. The new launcher hides tasks that you don't have access too, so you not seeing the Utilities menu means you don't have permission.
Regardless of what you can see, check the permissions.
Above I can see that utility, under AR / Utilities.
Then I remove the permission.
And then the utility is gone / invisible to me.

I have the utilities menu. What I don't have is a utilities tab under Accounts Receivable. Thank you for your help

If you don't have permission, you won't see it within the new launcher, period.
