Is it possible to disallow or prevent someone from printing a picking sheet from a quote? We have had issues where a customer sends in a purchase order from a quote. The customer service rep pulls up the quote, enters the PO information, and forgets to click the drop down to convert the quote to a standard order. Then they print the picking sheet the same way that they would if they had converted to a standard order, but the items never show up in the system as being on an order.

Many of our items are "made to order" so this causes problems where the shipping dept is waiting on the item to get made, but the production department never sees that the items were ordered. It seems logical that most people would not want to print a picking sheet based on generating a quote. Any way to make it so no one can print the picking sheets unless it is from a standard order?
