2021 Cloud

I installed 2021 Standard on my laptop which already has 2020 installed. The 2021 version startup banner doesn't say Cloud like the 2020 version banner. I'm using the same registration key on both versions.

Did Sage drop the Cloud reference in the 2021 version?

  • Yes, Sage rebranded to remove the word "Cloud" in v2021.  I think they got tired of answering questions about why an on-premise software package had "cloud" in the name.

    Great to see Sage finally understanding what cloud means.

    Sage should consider replacing NOMADS with a browser UI and retain their business objects as the engine.
