There is no standard functionality to do that.  You just have to check each task under each module.

Although if you know your way around Excel, Access, or Crystal Reports, you could use any of them to query each entry task's header table and count the number of records. 

You could also query GL_CompanyActiveBatch but this is only good for entry tasks whose batch option is enabled.  It won't tell you if there are records in Physical Count Entry or IM Transaction Entry if batching is disabled.

That's what I was afraid the answer was going to be. I'll look into building a report but will have to search each module until I can do that. Thank you very much for the help.

Do you use Paperless Office? I review the Journal and Register Viewer daily to see if any batches were started and the Daily Transaction Register is there as well. If it is not then that tells me what batch is not yet updated.

That might work but we don't always know what batches are out there from every department. Thanks.

Some utilities (eg. renumbering customers / items / vendors...) have built in checks for unposted data, so trying to open a utility window can give you hints for where to look (as an additional strategy).
