In Deduction Code Maintenance, change the Limit.  Click the APPLY button at the top.  On the Apply screen, change the "Adjust Employees with Existing Deduction" to "ALREADY APPLIED" and change the "Adjust Standard Amount/Rate, Limit, or Both" to "STANDARD LIMIT".  This will change all employees currently using that deduction code (and will be the limit used for any new employees).
