I have a single user in our system that no longer works with us. I go into User Maintenance and Click the check box to Lock the account and the date in the upper right fills in with today's date for account expiration. I click accept. Then as soon as I go back into that users maintenance screen, it is unlocked again. Doesn't happen with any other user in the system. What would cause a user to be unable to lock? Suggestions to fix?
