I don't know of anyone actively using the platform, but here is the Help entry for the setup. (Hint: you need a specific type of Azure subscription for it to work):

I have seen some amazing demos by Steve M., and the connector has real potential... once you get past the technical configuration (with your own skill base in making the Power Apps).
