What version are you on, Standard, Advance or Premium. What is the Shipping software you are using?  Are trying to use ODBC to write back?

This is Sage 100 Premium 2021 32-bit Version 7.00.1.0. The shipping software we are setting up and testing the v-tech's Starship. I don't believe Starship is this issue, as it is happening with or without it running. The prompt also appears when finishing an invoice in Sales Order Invoice Data Entry and you click 'Accept' at the totals screen.

It will happen every time when you are in Shipping Data Entry and click 'Accept' while on the 'Shipping' tab.

Has someone been modifying the SQL database?  That might not be a Sage error.

That I do not know, but I surmise there have been some modifications made to it. Where should we look within the SQL? My knowledge of SQL is very limited unfortunately.

Consult with whoever manages your SQL environment / databases.  There are a few possibilities, none of which should be dealt with by a SQL novice.
