Sage ProvideX code is only available to those that are Master Developers and have a developer key.

PVXPlus has a version of Provide that is free to those wanting to learn the language. (non-commercial use)

I don't so much need a copy of Providex, I just want to troubleshoot existing programming in Debug mode, so just want a better understanding of the syntax and commands, and some diagnostic tools to step through the program.

For script debugging, there is an INI tweak to enable that (per KB 43033):

An equivalent to my PRINT "Got Here". 

I just copied in that command description because it shows how to enable the debug window (which has significant functionality... but I don't really use it often, so I am not the best person to provide instructions).
