I've got a user defined script attached to the Sales Order Header event Table Post-Write called UpdateSlxOrder.  When you open a Sales Order and click the Accept button at the bottom of the window everything works fine.  If you instead click the Accept button at the top of the window you get the error "Unable to access MSScript file ../cm/Script/ScriptUpdateSlxOrder.txt"

Any one have any ideas what is happening differently with the top Accept button?  Why is the path referencing the file named ScriptUpdateSlxOrder according to the error message and why is it a .txt instead of the .vbs?
