Announcing the 2016 IRD and Q1 tax tables for 2017

We are pleased to announce that on 12/14/2016 we released the 2016 Interim Release Download (IRD) and the tax tables for the 1st Quarter of 2017. A Software Notice was sent to the primary contact of all current Sage Business Care accounts with this information.

Hi CISManager. Yesterday we were experiancing some difficulties with the knowledgebase. Those have been resolved, so all links available in the article should now properly load once you've logged into the knowledgebase. Please let me know if you experiance any futher difficulty.

None of the category links in KB Article ID 45892 are working. I tried calling support last night, but "do to high call volume" the system hung up on me. I also attempted a chat support session, but 110 people were in line.

I apologize that youa re having difficulty using this resource. Which links in the article that you are being pointed to are not working for you? When you attempt to use them, are you receiving an error message? Or a prompt to log in?
