Once 2015 W-2's are printed and the year end processing is done can I still access and make corrections to 2015's W-2's in 2016?

You can in the Federal E-filing and Reporting module, but nowhere else unless you have made a backup copy of your payroll data.

Always make a backup before closing your payroll year end!
