How to get Aatrix to print only employees that have a specific local from a pool of total W2s

Anyone?

How to get Aatrix to print only employees that have a specific local from a pool of total W2s

Background

. I have 50 employees that will have W2 printed for them

.. all employees work in Ohio (so Ohio is fine)

.. 20 work in Cincinnati

.. 30 work in Dayton

.. employee copy is good - all 50 run correctly

.. state of Ohio is good - all 50 run correctly

I now want to print a 5 page, 4 up W2 run for JUST the 20 City of Cincinnati local employees (4 employees per sheet of paper).  How do I do this?

Prior to Aatrix - Sage 100 W2 processing had this logic built into it.

Thanks,

I have the same situation/requirement, but no matter what I've tried the "Print Sorted Locality Copies" options does not appear on the screen. What is keeping this option from showing up?

It doesn't appear on my screen either. Both Sage and Aatrix have said that this was NEVERr an option. I had to reprint my stats copies a number of time in order to get enough copies of the locals to send to the 11 different cities that I withheld taxes for htis year. I believe that if you just print and file your own W-2's, the option doesn't exist. If you e-file, it does apparently exist. I wasted a lot of 4-up paper having to reprint state w-2's enough times to get the appropriate number to send to each city. I don't think that either Sage or Aatrix truly understands how contractors in Ohio have to keep track of and report all of the cities that we work in.
