2014 IRD breaks ability to select forms in Aatrix for MAS 90 4.50.7 - How to fix?

After putting on the 2014 IRD on three different 4.50.7 systems - we have confirmed that you cannot select an Aatrix form when doing eFiling.  When you select the form, it highlights blue, and then deselects immediately.

If the IRD is NOT installed - you can select an Aatrix form.  (works correctly)

We have not seen this issue on v2013 or v2014 after installing the 2014 IRD (again - works correctly)
