I'm not able to find a link to just "update" our 4.4 to 4.5.  I've found a link to download 4.5, but it seems so large 2.89 Gb.  It's like you have to install it as a new program?  

MAS90 is now called Sage 100 ERP. That is correct version 4.40 is no longer supported as of September 30, 2014, please see our Supported Versions document,

You will need to install version 4.50 or higher to be able to install the 2014 year end IRD and the 2015 Tax Table Update.

Well, I'm downloading it now. Can't express enough, how frustrated I am with Sage software. Has to be the worst out there. It's too big for it's britches.

So, I need to install 4.5 as a new program? It is asking for a user key, and product key?  Just to get some tax table updates? Seriously?

You might be able to enter the Tax Tables manually, depending on what has changed.

Not just for the tax table updates.   For the whole program update,  new features, etc.   Sage supports the current version 2014 (5.1) and two prior versions (currently 2013 5.0 and 4.5 - note that 4.5 will be unsupported when 2015 (5.2) is released in April.

You sound like you may not be familiar with the process for upgrading between versions.   Caution.   If you are not familiar with what you are doing you may want to enlist the assistance of your reseller.   Parallel upgrades are usually a good idea so that you have the ability to test your upgrades.  I do not recommend doing otherwise because if you do something wrong or there is some kind of data corruption then your live copy is dead in the water unless you have a good backup.
