I apologize for this inconvience, other customers have reported getting the same message. I have reported the issue to our Portal team. In the mean time, if you could please call Sage 100 support at 800-854-3415, and request the Product Update you need, we will be more than happy to send you a link to download the update.

What I have discovered for the TTU and IRD,  is that if you go into the Knowledgebase and search for the download that way,  you can successfully download them.

I don't know about actual PUs,  have not tried that.

    SUGGESTED

Year end related documents and downloads can be found by typing the KB ID 49810 into the search field and click Search button (please see screen shot below)

Here are individual KB IDs for the following downloads:

    • 2014 IRD - KB ID 54584
    • 2015Q1 TTU - KB ID 54586
    • Guide on using eFiling and Reporting - KB ID 53295 (guide includes step by step instructions on processing W2s and 1099s)
    • 2014 Product Updates - KB ID 52024
    • 2013 Product Updates - KB ID 52025
    • 4.50 Product Updates - KB ID 52026

TTU Reminders: Since Sage must wait for states to announce tax rate changes before we can create the new tax tables, and legislative tendency is for last minute changes, we’ll also update as necessary through the month of January 2015. Subsequent 2015-Q1 TTU releases will be posted to KB ID 54586 on the portal showing different release dates. So, remember to check back at the end of January, 2015, for the latest TTU release to ensure that you will have the most up-to-date tax rates for the 2015 tax year.

After installing the 2015-Q1 TTU, remember to verify the Unemployment Tax Rate in Tax Table Maintenance for each of the states you process payroll, to reflect your correct 2015 rate for each company.

Come on this is year end why do you have to change everything at the time of year we need it the most?

I apologize for the trouble you are having. I believe the issue may be related to temporary internet files are saved in cache which is using the old Sage 100 ERP download page.

    Please try the following:

    1. When logged into www.partners.sagenorthamerica.com
    2. Click Downloads & Updates
    3. On the Download & Updates page (will have all product lines listed) do the following:
    4. RIGHT CLICK in any white area on the page Hold down the SHIFT key and click Refresh at the same time. This should refresh the Sage 100 ERP download link

If steps above do not resolve, please click Log off (top right corner) and log directly into https://support.na.sage.com and follow steps in my earlier post.

    Thank you

It is so ridiculous that at the most important time of year Sage decides to screw up the KB and the download link and send us all on some tangent - especially with the timing for properly installing the new TT before or after W2 printing. It makes us look stupid to our customers everyones year end and W2 printing is different
