the IRD is ready for download on the server but the download manager just spins and spins...  any thoughts on what might be causing the communication issue?  My IT guy is stumped.

Hi Lisa, have you tried the Direct Download link? I usually (okay, always) prefer it over the Download Now button.

Thank you so much for the reply, rclowe.  I have been looking for what you describe, the Direct Download link but can't seem to find anything other than what I have already downloaded on the server.  It's an application file named Sage100EndofYearIRD2018.  Would you be able to direct me to something different?

404 - File or directory not found.

Hi Lisa,

I'm thinking you already have the file you need. When I click the "direct download" link it saves a file named "Sage100EndofYearIRD2018.exe" in my Downloads directory. The file size is 2,666 KB. When I double click that executable file I see:

That should be what you need, is it now?

Oh Sheesh.  I was hitting the 2017 link.  I found it, and it worked, and I can not thank you enough, rclowe!  Saved the day for me.

I am not sure what I initially downloaded but I did it again, found it and I am so grateful for the help!!!!  I was wigging out!
