We have a client that has an employee that went on Cobra in 2015 and their 18 months is not up yet.  The employee is no longer in Employee Maintenance so he is not showing up for ACA.  Even after adding him back in Employee Maintenance, he doesn't show in the ACA grid in Aatrix.  What are we missing?
