What is the best way to store a signed sales order?

We have this challenge.  Currently we print 5 part sales order form in dot matrix printer.  After delivery driver brings back signed copy of sales order.  We'll like to switch to laser printing and having a better way of storing the customer's signature in the our system.

 

We'll like to email the customer their sales invoice along with the signed sales order.

 

Any suggestions.
