Hello, I am 1 of 3 service technicians that work mostly in the field.  I am a hybrid, so I am also the service dispatch coordinator as well as many other hats I wear.  What I am saying is i go back and forth from my desk, to my car.  In the 10 yeras or more we have been using Job opps for the service/dicpatch board I have been wishing for a better solution to not only share current open tickets to our techs but to be able to easily accesss the board.  As it sits now, the only way we can do this is through our laptops, assuming our batteries are charge, otherwise we will need a power source.  Then we have to connect to a VPN, assuming we have cell coverage to use our slow hotspots from our phones.

There's go to be a better way.
