This is telling me you are only saving 4 years of data. You would need to go into a back up company from a few years ago.

Well, it's not like we had a real choice in the matter. When setting up Sage 100 originally we had to set how many days we wanted to "retain" information. At the time the longest amount of time was 999 days. I guess I'm going to have to try to use the "Sales & Quote History Report" and go from there.

I think that report might depend on Days / Months to retain paid invoices.  If you look at invoice history / cash receipts history, you might be able to get more from a custom report.
