Non-Conforming Product Tracking

We are looking for a solution to track non-conforming materials in Sage 100. We will need to have a way for our technicians to record the non-conforming issue for product. Are there any users that have a process possibly using the return of goods process or possibly a add-on to Sage?

Do you use the RMA module in your installation? What version of Sage 100 are you using?

DSD has an add-on called Service Center that allows technicians to detail issues with products they work on.

We are using DSD's Service Center for service of instruments sold that come back for annual recalibrations or repair. We are not using the RMA module. We are using Sage 100 Premium 2021.

Yes, we are using that for the service of customer units. We are looking for a process to record and manage non-conforming product that is received by our suppliers. We could possibly use Service Center however I was curious if there were other ways users were keeping track either using the RMA module or an add-on using the return of goods?
