Not really sure if there is something specifically for floral but the apparel add-on may work. Additionally, Scanco offers an add-on call "Configurator" or something like that. I got a demo once and it was pretty cool. Looked like a "pain to setup" but great for putting login to stuff. Like product xxx can have a list of other items associated with it and only those items would pop up. BOM could also be done with options but the # of options is limited.

I would contact DSD and see if they have an enhancement that handles matrix.  www.dsdinc.com
