Do you need a time clock to use Sage 100 TimeCard module?

We want to start using the TimeCard module in Sage 100 2016.  Not all our employees (about half) use a time clock.  Can their time card data (job costed) be entered manually, or do all employees have to use a time clock?

    No, there is a Time entry screen, where users can enter their ID and time. We set up a PC and Sage login with access only to this screen, and employees who don't use Sage can log their time on it.

    You can enter their time manually in the TimeCard module. The software time clock can be set as an icon on any computer screen so they don't have to do a full login to Sage 100 (but do make sure people are advised to get out of it when they are done - it counts as a user toward your user count). There is not a hardware time clock option.
