Email to Client

SOLVED

I have a client that received an email about problems with the payroll deduction balances being reset incorrectly. I looked on the year-end center and didn't see any notices.

The email address it came from is [email protected]. I'm a little concerned that this is a scam.

Does anyone know if this is legit?

    Hello! I sent that communication out last evening to all Payroll customers who have signed up for Payroll in-product. It is a valid communication. I had not posted it on Sage City because it only impacts Payroll customers and not the entire customer base. I will get this posted in the Announcements forums now, and in the future, I will be sure to place it there after an email communication is sent. Thank you very much for your feedback allowing me to recognize that even if it doesn't apply to all customers, the one source for information is the best place.
