Q2 2021 941 Form issues

Good Day,

I was trying to file the Q2 2021 941 Form and it is stopping me due to red boxes on line 19 & 20. Both boxes are asking for a dollar amount of qualified health plan expenses before April 1, 2021 for Covid. But we do not track this. So I really want to leave it as zero but it will not allow me to.... I have exited the program several times and the forms have been updated.

What do I have to do to get this to not be red anymore? I just want to e-file this.

Have you tried entering a zero??

Zero was already there in the boxes and it wouldn't let me get past that.

NO Seriously - Put the cursor on the line 19, press zero, then the enter key!!! Then do the same for line 20. If you follow these steps exactly and you still can't get past it, call your reseller for assistance or call Sage tech support.

I understand a zero displays in the fields (in red) but you must actually type a 0 (zero) in each field to acknowledge that is what you want to enter on your form.

Do the following:

1. Put the cursor on the line 19, press 0 (zero) key, then press the ENTER or TAB key (you will notice the red box around the field turns blue)

2. Do the exact same steps as above for line 20
