Processing payroll in future year

I have a client that will need to process payroll in 2021 before they close 2020.  I've tested this in PR 2.20.2.0 and it allows me to post the payroll but the Aatrix W2 for 2021 says there is no data. The 2020 W2 is correct as are the reports that I verified.  Does anyone have any insight on this?

    Dawn,  We have determined the source of the problem   Corrections will be made soon.  They may be after end of year as 2020 Year-end is the current focus.  This will not be an issue for YE 2021 W2s.  KB 108240 Error: "1 of 1 emkployee(s) had no payroll data and will not be displayed" when printing W2 for future year
