So there seems to be no way to actually integrate Sales Order using inventory with Job Cost and end up with all costs on the job.

You can either integrate inventory (so you see what is required for Sales Orders) OR you can post costs to Job Cost, but you can't do both, unless I am missing something really tricky.  This seems to make it useless.

Feel free to explain the error in my thinking...
