Section 125 Deduction Codes in Payroll 2.19

Question

We're trying to figure out what the the Tax Rules for the Section 125 deduction codes mean. 
 -805154 - Section 125 Code DD EE Deduction 
 -805158 - Section 125 EE Deduction 
 I'm thinking that the difference is employers with over 250 employees use -805154 and those with less use -805158 and that EE means Employee and not the Box 12 EE code?

I may be wrong but I think those are references to the codes in box 12 on the W-2s. 
 
 DD &mdash; Cost of employer-sponsored health coverage. 
 EE &mdash; Designated Roth contributions under a governmental 457(b) plan. This amount doesn&rsquo;t apply to contributions under a tax-exempt organization Section 457(b) plan.
