I understand this was posted over four years ago but it is relevant to my problem.

In Nevada the worker's compensation has a max wage of $36,000.00 on a policy year, not necessarily a calendar year. In my case the policy runs 11.16 thru 11.15 of each year.

Where can I enter the policy date? I am okay with changing it every year when the new policy comes out, I just need my payroll calculation to be correct, I am having to manually correct everything now.

A little late but you can put effective dates in at Payroll | Setup | Workers' Compensation Maintenance.

If you don't mind, please let me know what version of Sage you are using, I am unable to find a screen that looks like yours. When I open screens in Sage 100 Contractor version 24.3.38.0 I see the menu numbers and I don't have color options like I see in your example.
